Able Futures Vocational Rehabilitation Consultants (VRCs) are experienced and qualified mental health professionals. When you apply for mental health support from Able Futures you will be partnered with a VRC who will help you build a plan for things you can do over the next nine months to help your mental health. The plan might include ways you can access therapies or support services, learn new skills, or use resources and information to take care of yourself, feel better and have more good days.
Here are some of the Able Futures VRCs who support people with their mental health at work.
Over nine months of support from Able Futures you can keep in touch with a Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant (VRC) either over the phone, through email or face-to-face meetings, and you can ask for their support with any issues which are affecting your mental health at work including stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement, sleeping problems, addiction, menopause, debt, OCD and many more.
