Mental health specialists called Vocational Rehabilitation Consultants deliver advice and guidance to individuals who need support for their mental health, with nine months of face-to-face and telephone appointments designed to help participants better understand their mental health, learn skills to help them maintain mental wellbeing, and know where to go for treatment to tackle issues.
Able Futures also helps employers to support better mental health at work, with Business Account Managers providing information on the mental health support service Able Futures delivers in order to support employers in signposting the service to their employees and apprentices.
